Ingredients
- 6 fillets barramundi, about 200g each
- 1/3 cup lemon pepper seasoning
Method
1. Sprinkle spice over the fish fillets and rub into the flesh. Preheat a barbecue flat plate and lightly oil.
2. Using direct heat, sear fish over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 4-5 min, or until barramundi is cooked through.
3. Serve with a barbecued corn on the cob, lime wedges and mixed salad.
