Just arrived in Cairns on a working holiday visa and went looking for a job yesterday behind a bar. However every venue I approached all required a certificate in Responisble Service of Alcohol (RSA) even for work on a temporary basis.

 

After doing some research I have discovered you can do your RSA online for $85 really easily.

 

I got access to the course immediately, it took me 2 hours to complete and my certificate was emailed to me straight away so i have printed it and now I should be able to get work.

 

If anyone else wants work in the hospitality industry, I would save yourself time and do the course straight up cause employers will tell you the same thing.
